Yes. We accept client-supplied proprietary ingredients (such as patented botanical extracts or specialized peptide complexes) subject to safety data sheet (SDS) review and lab compatibility testing.

Every production batch undergoes analytical testing in our QC lab: pH balance verification, viscosity measurement, specific gravity, organoleptic testing, and microbial limit testing (Total Viable Count, Yeast & Mold). A signed Certificate of Analysis (CoA) accompanies every dispatch.

Yes. Support can include applicable Indian cosmetic licensing documentation, product label and INCI review, and agreed export documentation for markets such as the United States or European Union. The exact scope is confirmed for each product and destination market.
