Terms of Service

1. Manufacturing Quotations

Commercial quotations are subject to the confirmed technical brief, formula scope, ingredient availability, packaging specification, testing plan, decoration method, taxes, logistics, and final production quantity. Quote validity is stated on the issued document.

2. Formulation Samples & Approval

Laboratory samples are supplied for evaluation against the agreed brief. Commercial production begins only after written approval of the applicable formula, benchmark, packaging, artwork, and commercial terms.

3. Quality Assurance

Production is carried out against approved specifications and applicable quality procedures. The documentation and testing supplied with a batch depend on the product, agreed scope, and destination-market requirements.

4. Client Intellectual Property

Client-provided trademarks, artwork, confidential briefs, and other client-owned materials remain the property of the client. Ownership and permitted use of custom development work are governed by the signed quotation, development agreement, or manufacturing contract.

5. Storage, Handling & Liability

Products must be transported, stored, handled, and used according to the approved specification and supplied instructions. Commercial remedies and liability are governed by the applicable signed agreement and law.
