Describe the intended user, how the product will be used and the finish you want after rinsing. A reference product is useful, but explain what you would change rather than asking for an exact copy.
Match the formula to the dispenser
Tube, pump and foamer formats are not interchangeable. Agree viscosity, dispensing behaviour and fill size alongside the formula, and assess the sample in the proposed pack.
Approve the details together
Review appearance, fragrance direction, pH specification and the testing scope with the formulation team. Keep the signed sample and artwork aligned with the manufacturing brief.

What is the MOQ for face wash?
The starting MOQ is 500–1000 pc per SKU. Confirm the exact quantity against your formula, component availability and packaging requirements in the quotation. Custom components may have separate minimums.
Can I request a fragrance-free cleanser?
Include fragrance-free as a requirement in your brief. The team can assess the formulation and raw-material choices; confirm the final ingredient list and any proposed claims before artwork approval.
What should I have ready before requesting a quote?
Share gel, cream or foaming format, fragrance direction and exclusions, target fill size and dispenser, benchmark and target price. Include the number of SKUs and your intended order quantity. An incomplete brief can be discussed, but the quote needs agreed specifications.
When can production start?
Production timing is confirmed after the formulation, packaging, artwork and agreed testing scope are approved. A sampling target is not a guaranteed production or delivery date.
