01 / DEVELOPMENT
Precise positioning is stronger than clinical-sounding copy.
Define the cosmetic scope
Explain what the product is intended to do without assuming it can treat a condition. Review product classification and claims separately where the intended positioning requires it.
Document exclusions and preferences
Share fragrance preferences, ingredient restrictions and texture targets early. Terms such as gentle or sensitive-skin still need a considered formulation and claims review.
Request an evidence plan
Ask which tests and documents are included and which require a separate scope. Do not add dermatologist-tested, clinically proven or treatment language without the corresponding evidence.
02 / PRODUCT DIRECTION
Choose a starting point.
These are directions to discuss—not fixed recipes or a promise that every requested combination is available. The final specification follows technical and commercial review.
- Barrier-care concepts
- Gentle cleanser briefs
- Focused serum ranges
03 / PREPARE YOUR BRIEF
A more useful first conversation.
You do not need a finished formula to get started. Bring your priorities, reference products and the decisions you still need help making.
- Intended cosmetic use
- Target user and exclusions
- Proposed label claims
- Testing and documentation expectations
Before you approve production
Confirm the formula, finished quantity, packaging, artwork, testing scope and delivery plan in writing. Keep the approved sample as the reference for your order.

Details before decisions.
What is the MOQ for dermocosmetic skincare?
The starting MOQ is 500–1000 pc per SKU. Confirm the exact quantity against your formula, component availability and packaging requirements in the quotation. Custom components may have separate minimums.
Does dermocosmetic mean a medicine?
This page concerns cosmetic development, not a promise of medicinal manufacturing or treatment efficacy. Confirm the intended classification and claims with the appropriate specialists before commissioning the product.
What should I have ready before requesting a quote?
Share intended cosmetic use, target user and exclusions, proposed label claims, testing and documentation expectations. Include the number of SKUs and your intended order quantity. An incomplete brief can be discussed, but the quote needs agreed specifications.
When can production start?
Production timing is confirmed after the formulation, packaging, artwork and agreed testing scope are approved. A sampling target is not a guaranteed production or delivery date.
