01 / DEVELOPMENT
Every step needs a reason to be there.
Build a clear sequence
Decide whether the kit is for home or professional use. Give each step a distinct purpose, a practical portion and a simple instruction; avoid adding products just to increase the step count.
Balance the quantities
Map expected usage across the routine so one component does not run out long before the others. Confirm whether component quantities and outer-kit quantities create different order requirements.
Plan the unboxing
Review inner containers, sealing, sequence labels and the outer carton together. Approve a complete assembled sample, including the instructions, before signing off the kit.
02 / PRODUCT DIRECTION
Choose a starting point.
These are directions to discuss—not fixed recipes or a promise that every requested combination is available. The final specification follows technical and commercial review.
- Single-use kits
- Retail routines
- Professional-use sets
03 / PREPARE YOUR BRIEF
A more useful first conversation.
You do not need a finished formula to get started. Bring your priorities, reference products and the decisions you still need help making.
- Number and order of steps
- Home or professional application
- Portion size for each component
- Outer carton and insert requirements
Before you approve production
Confirm the formula, finished quantity, packaging, artwork, testing scope and delivery plan in writing. Keep the approved sample as the reference for your order.
See the manufacturing process04 / COMMON QUESTIONS
Details before decisions.
What is the MOQ for facial kits?
The starting MOQ is 500–1000 pc per SKU. Confirm the exact quantity against your formula, component availability and packaging requirements in the quotation. Custom components may have separate minimums.
Does the MOQ refer to kits or individual components?
State your target number of finished kits. The quotation should explicitly confirm the kit quantity and any separate component or packaging minimums; do not assume they are identical.
What should I have ready before requesting a quote?
Share number and order of steps, home or professional application, portion size for each component, outer carton and insert requirements. Include the number of SKUs and your intended order quantity. An incomplete brief can be discussed, but the quote needs agreed specifications.
When can production start?
Production timing is confirmed after the formulation, packaging, artwork and agreed testing scope are approved. A sampling target is not a guaranteed production or delivery date.
