01 / DEVELOPMENT
Balance the base and the particles.
Describe the exfoliating feel
Share the particle feel and application you have in mind. Evaluate the prototype as a finished combination rather than choosing the base and exfoliant independently.
Review use in the bathroom
Discuss likely water exposure and the packaging format with the team. A wide jar and a tube create different handling and dispensing considerations.
Keep the finish intentional
Decide whether the rinse should leave a light or richer finish. Record the agreed sensory standard so subsequent approvals are based on something concrete.
02 / PRODUCT DIRECTION
Choose a starting point.
These are directions to discuss—not fixed recipes or a promise that every requested combination is available. The final specification follows technical and commercial review.
- Cream-based scrubs
- Gel-based scrubs
- Oil-rich scrub concepts
03 / PREPARE YOUR BRIEF
A more useful first conversation.
You do not need a finished formula to get started. Bring your priorities, reference products and the decisions you still need help making.
- Desired exfoliation feel
- Base and rinse preference
- Fragrance direction
- Jar or tube and fill weight
Before you approve production
Confirm the formula, finished quantity, packaging, artwork, testing scope and delivery plan in writing. Keep the approved sample as the reference for your order.
See the manufacturing process04 / COMMON QUESTIONS
Details before decisions.
What is the MOQ for body scrub?
The starting MOQ is 500–1000 pc per SKU. Confirm the exact quantity against your formula, component availability and packaging requirements in the quotation. Custom components may have separate minimums.
Can I specify the exfoliating material?
Share your preferred material and exclusions. Feasibility, compatibility and the intended market requirements should be reviewed before the formulation is finalised.
What should I have ready before requesting a quote?
Share desired exfoliation feel, base and rinse preference, fragrance direction, jar or tube and fill weight. Include the number of SKUs and your intended order quantity. An incomplete brief can be discussed, but the quote needs agreed specifications.
When can production start?
Production timing is confirmed after the formulation, packaging, artwork and agreed testing scope are approved. A sampling target is not a guaranteed production or delivery date.
